MECU's
PhoneBranch allows you to access your account 24 hours a day, 7
days a week from the convenience of a touch-tone telephone.
To
use PhoneBranch, just call toll-free 1-800-677-0183.
All first time users will select option 1 in order to log onto the
system. You will be asked to enter your account number and your
social security number. The system will then ask you to choose a
new Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you want to change
your PIN, choose option 7. Follow the instructions to make easy
transactions on your account.

Our new computer system uses different account codes. You will need
to become familiar with these codes when using PhoneBranch.

*Please note: If you opened your MECU Checking Account
prior to May of 1998, you will have to sign a revised EFT Agreement
at MECU to be eligible to access PhoneBranch. Please call or stop
