Registration
There are two
ways to register for MECUeBranch.
1. If you are
a current PhoneBranch user and you know your PhoneBranch pin, you
can self- register for MECUeBranch. In order to self-register, read
the following instructions and click on the link below. This will
take you to the account access sign on screen. To get signed up
for the first time click on the "I'm a new user, register now"
hyperlink. Once this is done you will be taken to the Registration
screen
On the registration
screen, enter your Account number, Social Security Number, E-Mail
Address and Voice Pin Number. Once completed hit submit. Read and
accept the MECU internet service agreement and disclosure. If accepted,
you will get a message telling you that your user id is your SSN
and your password is the same as your voice pin number. Your will
then have the option to login and view your accounts.
I
am a MECU PhoneBranch user and I am ready to sign up for MECUeBranch
2.
If you are not a MECU PhoneBranch user or you get a message that
says "We are unable to set you up on the system automatically.
Please contact Member Services in order to establish a new user
id", then you will need to either come to our office or call
us at 859-258-3990 to obtain a user name and sign
on id.
System Requirements
To use MECUeBranch, you need a computer with a modem, Internet access
and a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (such as Microsoft
Internet Explorer 4.0 or above; or Netscape Navigator 3.4 or above).
MECUeBranch is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
or Netscape 4.61. If your computer is a Mac and you are having problems
accessing your account using Netscape Navigator, it is suggested
that you download Internet Explorer's latest version and attempt
access.
